COUNSELING

Mandy strives to inspire, educate, and empower her clients to make changes in their nutrition and eating behaviors that will help afford them optimal physical and psychological health.  She strives to promote increased nutrition knowledge and health behavior change.

Mandy sees clients for a wide variety of needs and goals.  For clients who are struggling with eating disorders, Mandy is part of the team at the Comprehensive Treatment for Eating Disorders, LLC in Grand Rapids, MI - a practice that includes therapists and dietitians specializing in the treatment of eating disorders.  Mandy also sees clients interested in sport nutrition and wellness-based nutrition.

Although Mandy is passionate about helping her clients who are currently struggling with eating and nutrition issues, Mandy also hopes to act as an intervention for individuals who are on the road to eating problems before they get out of control.
